Denver-based real estate firm, Trelora, recently launched a database that gives people access to information about home prices as well as broker commissions. In other words, homebuyers would now have some idea about how much a broker will get for the sale of a particular listing. It's a daring move that has somewhat shaken the local real estate market. Even its CEO and founder, Joshua Hunt, admitted they were ""going to light a bomb"" by making this once-confidential detail public.
